An incredible mountain vacation home, close to town and privately set up on the Bowery. This one-of-a-kind home has it all. Upon arriving, you are greeted with native landscaping with the home set perfectly in a patch of tall trees. The large circular drive offers plenty of parking for everyone and gives you direct access to 2 separate front door entrances. One takes you in to the grand foyer, the other into an entrance hall that also has access to the open 2-car garage with additional parking around the side of the home.

The main level offers bright and open living spaces. The cozy main living room, complete with wood burning fireplace and plush furniture, centers the main floor and is open to the dining room, kitchen and spectacular outdoor living area. The dining room has a formal dining table with seating for up to 10 people and also offers direct access to the outdoor living area.

The gourmet kitchen is large, open and outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances. Polished cement counter tops and a large island offers a prep sink and seating for 4. Off the main kitchen there is an open pantry room with access to a cute office nook. There is also a wet bar with sink and ice maker.

Live in luxury and escape your guests for a little R&R in the main level master. A wall of windows with French doors lead out onto an open porch. Bask in the sun lit room and relax on the cozy sofa or draw closed the floor to ceiling curtains and unwind by the glow of your private fireplace. Luxurious linens and fine furnishings about, the master bath is just a grand. Offering heated flooring, a large soaking tub and steam shower, you will feel like you are at your own private spa. Complete with His & Her vanities and spacious His & Her closets, this is truly a great place to get away.

The upper level offers 3 complete guest suites, each with their own baths and private balconies. Set with the same level of fine furnishings, the first guest suite offers 2 twin beds and a shower/tub combo. The other 2 suites, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, also have private bathrooms with dual sinks and tile showers. These are all very well appointed and your guests will be pleasantly surprised!

Cathedral ceilings, large wooden beams, and floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace all set the tone for the incredible outdoor living space. Definitely a favorite spot for guests to relax and enjoy the crisp, fresh mountain air. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a book, listen to the sounds of the birds and surrounding nature, play a game of ping pong (yes, there's even a ping pong table), or dine fireside at the outdoor dining table with plenty of room for everyone. The built-in grill is great for cooking out anytime of the year and hard lined to gas so will never have to worry about running out of fuel. Additional lounge seating offers more space to spread out. The screened and covered porch opens up to a cozy little deck and great flat yard area, perfect for soaking up the sun. This home is pet friendly and includes doggie doors and a completely fenced in yard with walking paths and wooded areas. Let the kids go run and let the dogs enjoy some much loved freedom.
